Haley "Chelsea" Carlson

Haley “Chelsea” Elizabeth Carlson, 13, of Clemmons, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019. She was born July 2, 2005 in Dupage County, Illinois. Chelsea was an 8th grader at Meadowlark Middle School where she loved to write and was in the middle of writing her first book. She loved fashion, makeup, jewelry, shoes and had a passion for singing. Surviving are her mother, Jessica Koehn-Moore and husband Billy Moore of Clemmons; her father, Jonathan Neace and fiancée Sarah Lilienthal of Plainfield, IL; her “adopted” father figure, Ryan Boulding; two sisters, Arissa and Sylvana; three brothers, Cole, Matthew and Connor. Also surviving are her grandparents, Marvin and Grace Koehn of Illinois, Kim and Virgil Neace of Illinois, Rusty and Terre Richey of North Carolina and Larry and Nelly Moore of North Carolina. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
