Haley Michelle Randolph, a beloved Pre-K teacher and cherished friend, passed away on August 19, 2025, at the tender age of 26. Born on December 12, 1998, Haley was a radiant spirit whose love for her students and passion for education defined her life.
Graduating with honors from Ruidoso High School in 2017, Haley was an active member of the National Honors Society, exemplifying her dedication to academic excellence. She further pursued her education at Eastern New Mexico University, where she earned her degree in 2020. It was during her time at university that she discovered her calling as an educator, a role she embraced with enthusiasm and love.
Haley's career brought her to Sierra Vista Primary School, where she poured her heart into teaching. Her students were more than just a part of her job; they were her joy and inspiration. The time she spent shaping young minds and fostering their imaginations was a source of immense pride, and she considered it her proudest accomplishment.
Beyond her teaching profession, Haley had a myriad of interests that brought her joy and laughter. She was known to indulge in online shopping, often delighting her friends with her latest finds. A lover of true crime documentaries and trashy reality television, she found entertainment in the stories and characters that captivated her. As a connoisseur of Stanley Cups, she proudly showcased her collection, while also earning the affectionate title of "dog auntie," a role that brought her immense satisfaction.
Haley was also recognized for her unique calling as the family meteorologist, always ready with the latest weather updates and forecasts. Her love for books was evident in her fondness for listening to audiobooks and reading, finding solace and adventure within the pages.
Haley will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her selflessness, warmth, and unforgettable spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her friends, colleagues, and countless students whose lives she touched. As we remember Haley, let us celebrate the joy she brought to those around her, the laughter she shared, and the love she spread so freely.
