HALINA SIUDAKIEWICZ Obituary
Resident of Hoffman Estates for 8 Years
Formerly of Des Plaines
Visitation for Halina Siudakiewicz, 85, will be Friday, March 13 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm at Michaels Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 800 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, March 14 at 10:00am at St. Peter Damian in the Chapel, 309 E. North Ave., Bartlett. Inurnment to follow at Maryhill Cemetery, Niles.
Halina was born October 10, 1940 in Jaminy, Poland to the late Tadeusz and Bronislawa Kapusta, and passed away March 7, 2026 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
Halina enjoyed the simple things in life: tending to her plants, completing crossword puzzles, and showing off her sewing talents by altering her and her family's clothing. She also loved cooking and took great pride in preparing meals for her family, one of the many ways she showed her love and care for those around her. These small, everyday moments are what brought her a lot of happiness.
Loving mother of Wojtek (Elizabeth) Wiszniewski and Dariusz "Darek" (Lidia) Wiszniewski; beloved Babcia (grandmother) of Jennifer, Annette (Kamil Gwiazdowski), Jamie, and Evan; adored sister of Marzena Faszczewska and the late Danuta Haraburda; cherished aunt of Wioleta Borkowska; dear friend and neighbor to many. She will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.
