Harold "Flash" M Edwards

EDWARDS Spartanburg, SC Harold "Flash" Edwards Harold Maurice Edwards, 70, of 171 Walden Circle, Spartanburg, SC, passed away Friday, February 3rd, at his home. Harold was born in Tryon, NC on July 13, 1941, a son of the late Virginia (Sherfey) and Marvin Edwards and was the husband of Harriette (Jackson) Edwards. Mr. Edwards was a graduate of Western Carolina University and was retired from Fluor-Daniel Construction Co. He was of the Methodist Faith. Harold is survived by a daughter, Tiffany Earle, of Pauline, SC; a son, Terron Edwards, of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Marvin Edwards, of Coffeeville, MS; Herbert Edwards, of Black Mtn, NC. He was predeceased by 2 brothers: Marion and Louis Edwards. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Seawright Funeral Home from 1-2PM. A memorial service will be held in the Seawright Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00PM following the visitation with Rev. Joe Geddes officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives following the service at the home of Besty and Eric Freeman, 91 Warrior Drive, Tryon, NC.
