I thank the Lord that I had the priviledge of meeting Art. He was quiet but and all so encouraging man. He had lots of kindness and love to spread around to all that were in his path.
I know he is with the Lord jesus now, in a glorious place of peace, with no pain, no tears. Just beauty and serenity.
I will see you again my friend in heaven ...... Love, Kim Webb, Moorestown, New Jersey

Dear Mr.Fletcher I have never forgotten the kindness you gave me when I moved to the central coast in 1980. You rented me an apartment based on the content of my character NOT the color of my skin. Thank you Mr. Fletcher, may God bless your family and friends during this time of bereavement. We will meet again.

Remember Art kindheartedly helping to care for the elders: the miles driven ~ the maintenance and yard work ~ fixing their homes suit their needs ~ his love for and care of the many cats
Remember Art's love of a good meal, leaving only the oink and squeal on his plate
Remember Art's dreamy look as he reminisced about his children, family adventures (and humorous misadventures), and his accomplishments during his years in the aerospace industry
Remember the road trips from CA to NJ and his concern about the dreaded āSā word and tornados when heading into threatening weather, all for naught
Remember Art's delight at the Hubble celestial photographs of new-found nebula ~ may he forever sail among among those colorful stars

Just imagine
Of stepping on shore,
And finding it heaven;
Of taking hold of a hand,
And finding it God's hand,
Of breathing new air,
And finding it heavenly air;
Of feeling re-energized,
And finding it immortality;
Of passing from rage and
Disturbance to an unbroken serenity;
Of waking up-
And finding it HOME!
