Harold L Fletcher, 79, passed away November 4, 2025. A lifelong resident of the Akron area, he was born in Akron on March 7, 1946. He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris (Whittaker) Hyde and his father, Cecil Hyde.
Harold was devoted to his family, and loved coaching baseball, working on cars, and most of all traveling with his family. He was a man of integrity, character, and someone who got things done.
He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Linda Fletcher; sons Ryan Fletcher and Jeremy (Kimberly) Fletcher; daughter, Stacy (Rob) Crihfield; grandchildren, Chelsea Crihfield and Baylee Fletcher; sister, Mary (Barry) Detwiler; brothers, Robert Fletcher and Randy (Patty) Hyde; and many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Harold's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. The family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date.
