Harold Eugene Fraley

Harold E "Gene" Fraley, age 86 of Plain City, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 21, 2024. He was born April 20, 1938, in Madison County, Ohio. Harold attended New Beginnings Church of God in Hilliard, Ohio and Cornerstone CCCU of Plain City, Ohio. Harold served in the US Military as a Tank Gunner for the United States Army. He dedicated 30 years of service to Ranco where he retired.
Harold enjoyed gardening and working outside, but loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Retta Lene (Robinette) Fraley of 57 years; parents, Farris and Anna (Boggs) Fraley; siblings, Clifton (Eva) Fraley, Mozzel (Walter) Sparks, Janie (Willis) Hayes, Louise (Morse) Young, Charlie (Brenda) Fraley, and Jonas Fraley.
Harold is survived by his loving devoted children, Timothy (Wendy) Fraley, and Pamela (Kevin) Eyre; grandchildren, Andrew (Katie), Anthony (Hayley), Amanda (Drake), Quinn (Malaney), Daniel (McKenzie), Adam (Jonna); great grandchildren, Alana, Phillip, Micah, Carter, Kylo, and Mckenna; brother, Paul (Ellen) Fraley; Sister-in-law, Una Marteen (Benny) Hart; and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 4-8 PM, Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St. (St. Rt. 161 W) Plain City, where funeral services will be held at 12 PM, Monday December 30, 2024, also at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Forest Grove Cemetery Plain City, Ohio.
