Harold Green, Sr., age 80, of Winder, GA passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Sims Green; parents, Willie C. Green and Marie Price Green; brother, Alvin Kilgore; sister, Christine Muckle. He is survived by his daughter, Sabrina Green of Winder; son, Harold (Annette) Green, Jr. of Braselton, GA; five grandchildren, Roy Adkins IV, Victoria Galimore Keyshaw, Jasmine Young, Destiny Wingfield, Miyonna Green; two great-grandchildren, Leilani Galimore, Carter Galimore; sister, Margaret Elaine (Anthony) Pope, Sr. of Ohio; brother, Willie Clyde (Carolyn) Green, Jr. of Winder. Mr. Green was born on April 5, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a 1963 graduate of Glenwood High School located in Winder. Mr. Green was retired from John Mansville Company after twenty-seven years of service. He was a member of the Faith Temple Fellowship Church in Winder. Mr. Green loved sports, basketball and dancing. A funeral service will be held at Flanigan Funeral Home at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2025 with Pastor Charles L. Wright officiating and an eulogy by Harold Green, Jr. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
