My condolences to the Family, I had many memories working with Harold both as a Councilman and as a volunteer with E. Romero Hose and Fire Company in the 80's as we served in the Las Vegas City Council Harold pushed and advocated to build a much needed fire department on the far north side of Las Vegas to increase the response time for the fast growing area, I was honored to have the Fire Station named after him, Harold also pushed and advocated for the needs of Las Vegas. Harold it was a pleasure working along side with you, may you rest in Peace.
