Harold Parsons Obituary

Harold is survived by his wife, Lanola Parsons; his children, Greg Parsons and Bridgette Kimel; and his stepdaughter, Elizabeth Carr. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Brittany Gratton, Spencer Parsons, Emory Courtney, Tucker Carr, Quinton Carr, Gavin Carr, and Reagan Carr, his great-grandchildren Knox Gratton and Harper Gratton, as well as many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Estelle Parsons, by his sister, Patricia Bennett, and by his younger brother, Don Parsons, who he loved deeply.
His presence will be missed by all who knew him.
A Visitation will be Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 11am-1pm at Clark Legacy Center – Brannon Crossing. Graveside service to follow at 1:30pm at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens in Nicholasville, KY. Pallbearers will be Tucker Carr, Quinton Carr, Terry Sellers, Douglas E. Asher, II and Robert Carr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gavin Carr, Andrew Wilkins and Douglas Asher, Sr.

So sorry for this loss, he will be missed, I remember he tried to talk to me about politics, well me not knowing a lot about it. Didn't really no how to answer his questions, and was afraid to answer. I was afraid I would say the wrong thing and upset him, so I'd just say something like, well, I don't no what to think about that Harold, he'd say, what do you mean you don't no what to think about that, what's to think about, then lonola would rescue me..lol
