To the Family of Harold Prange. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I will always remember Harold being faithfully active at Zion United Church of Christ from the time when I was a young man when Harold and his wife Joan were my Sunday school teachers and watching Harold and Joan sing in the church choir. I remember Harold playing in the church softball league at the old Franklin twp. softball field and he continue playing church softball up into or past his 70's. and even played basketball in the winter leagues that Zion was active in. So I say to the Prange Family he will be deeply missed by his church family and the surrounding community. May God Bless him and his Family.

I always enjoyed Harold's subtle sense of humor. About six years ago I gave him a Christmas coupon gift valid for my services climbing a ladder to replace a light bulb, change the battery in the smoke detector or get a box off of the top shelf. I'm not very coupon-wise so I did not think to put an expiration date on the coupon or limit the number of times it could be redeemed. Harold picked up on the non-expiring feature right away. He enjoyed kidding me about the coupon and displayed it on his refrigerator where it could be accessed quickly. On occasion when I would accompany Diane for a visit he would give me that smile and then point up to the darkened light fixture. We would all chuckle and then grab the ladder.
Harold your warm smile and charming manner will be greatly missed.
