I had the pleasure of working with Harold and he was a joy to work with. He had a strong opinion about things, but he was a caring person in his heart. Glad to say I knew him.

I would talk with him when he came out to watch his son coach the Military Magnate Academy baseball team. His knowledge and love of the game was incredible.

I will always remember the morning (@DFAS) when Harold called to tell me he was going to be late coming into work because there was a raccoon in his closet! It was hard to believe but he had a picture as proof. Harold was Harold! Prayers for his family and friends. I know he will be greatly missed.

I cherished his friendship. While working across from Harold at DFAS he could be loud at times. One day he was being that and he had never heard me raise my voice. I stood up and asked him to please be quiet. He said yes mam and we became great friends. Harold had a heart of kindness and will surely be missed by all that knew him. Rest in peace, dear friend.

Harold will be missed. I will always remember watching the aggravation games with him, his parents and ours. They could get quite lively. My prayers for all of you.
