Harry Glen Ratliff, age 64, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024, at his home.  He was born January 23, 1960, to his parents Harry Ratliff and Opal Adkins Ratliff.  He was the husband of Emma Slone Ratliff, a coal miner and a believer of the Freewill Baptist Faith.  
   Along with his parents, Harry was preceded in death by four brothers, Harlan Ray Ratliff, Elmer Ratliff, John Ratliff, Bob Ratliff, Vernon Ratliff and one sister Freida Shirley.  
   Along with his wife, Harry is survived by three sons, Harry (Ashley) Johnson, Michael (Carla) Ratliff, Pete (Danielle) Ratliff, one daughter, Michelle Sykes, one step-daughter Karen (Steven) Goff,  one brother, Simon Ratliff, three sisters, Joan Epling, Mary Lois (David) Shumate, Marie (Bobby) Boyd, eleven grandchildren, Josh Ratliff, Ashley Ratliff, Katelynn Ratliff, Mallory Haynes, Aaron Ratliff, Sylvia Simpson, Elijah Sykes, Ethan Sykes, Logan Ratliff, Luke Ratliff, Emily Goff, four great-grandchildren, Bryson Thacker, Amiaya Thacker, Ryland Ratliff, Grayson Haynes and a host of loving family and friends.
   Visitation will be Sunday March 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Lucas and Son Funeral Home.  The funeral will be Monday March 18, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Mike Coleman officiating.  Burial will follow at RH Ratliff Cemetery at Shelbiana. 

   In Lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Lucas and Son Funeral Home.
