Jacob James Mullins

Jacob James Mullins, 22, of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away on March 11, 2026, at Saint Thomas West in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Born, May 22, 2002, he is survived by his loving mother, Seronda Mullins; his sister, Jessica Mullins, and her partner Mark Moore; and his brother, Jeremy (Raina) Mullins. Jacob also leaves behind a beloved nephew, Atlas Moore and nieces: Harper Mullins, and Holly Mullins. His family will continue to cherish the memories they shared with him.

Jacob was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Mullins; his brother, Joseph Paul Mullins II; and his grandparents, Grethel Runyon, Virgil and Goldie Mullins. Their memories remain an enduring part of the family legacy and a source of comfort during this time of loss.

Visitation for Jacob James Mullins will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Lucas & Son Funeral Home located at 2931 US Highway 23 S, Pikeville, KY 41501. The funeral service will follow on Sunday, March 15, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the same location, with burial following in the Johnson Family Cemetery, Three Mile. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made towards Jacob's funeral expenses.

As family and friends gather to honor Jacob’s life, they celebrate the strength, love, and dedication he demonstrated daily. His presence will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him. May Jacob James Mullins rest in peace, forever remembered with respect and affection.
