Harry Lester Wunderlich, Jr. of New Hope PA, formerly of Pottstown, PA, passed away Sunday November 17, 2024 at his residence. He was 73 years old. He was the beloved and devoted husband of Barbara Molly Wunderlich. Born in Montgomery County, he was the son of the late Harry Lester Wunderlich Sr. and Gladys M (née McElroy) Caldwell.
Harry was a graduate of Owen J Roberts High School and was a stone mason for Scheler and Shifflett, retired in 2008. Harry was a devoted Jehovah's Witness and loved sharing his beliefs with others. He had a passion for fishing of all types, hunting, gardening, collecting antique bottles, was a skilled pool player, and was a member of the Hopewell Hunting Club and the Pottstown Quoit Club.
In addition to his wife, Barbara he is also survived by his sons, John Robert DeStefano and Jayme Gerrard Wunderlich, Sr. (wife Rebecca), daughters, Michelle Leanne Williams, Erika Renee' Straesser (husband Brian), Katrin Alyse Christman (husband Brian); Heidi Danielle Marquisette (husband Jim);14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, and 1 sister, Patricia Landis. He is pre-deceased by brothers Barry and Gary and sister Brenda Wunderlich.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Service on Saturday November 30, 2024 at 3:00pm, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 899 N. Norristown Rd., Warminster, PA 18974-2627.
