Harvey Lee Johnson (Harvey Dude), age 75, of London, Kentucky passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Donna Feltner Johnson; six children, Jeff Johnson of Monroe, OH, Bridgette Johnson of Monroe, OH, Keisha Chadwell & husband Mark of London, KY, Alisha Bagley & husband Jake of KY; Chris Johnson of London, KY, Tiffany Johnson-Hacker & husband Daven Hacker of London, KY; one brother, Kenny Johnson & wife Linda of London, KY; two sisters, Carol Jenkins and Margie Johnson of Fairfield, OH; eighteen grandchildren, Taylor Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Cameron Johnson, Kaylee Barnett, Kylie Barnett, Joshua Chadwell, Jaden Chadwell, Jesse Hollin, Romi Bagley, Alyssa Johnson, Ashtyn Johnson, Axle Hacker, Taizley Hacker, Draven Hacker, Leila Hacker, Teagan Hacker, Avah Hacker, Maverick Hacker; three great grandchildren, Jessie Hopkins, Hadley Hopkins, Malachi Roark; plus a host of other family and friends to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Fred Johnson & Lula Evans Philpot; five siblings, Jacky Johnson, Freddy Johnson, Nora Richardson, Ernie Johnson, Clema Johnson; and by two grandchildren, Logan & Emily.

Harvey Lee Johnson, affectionately known as "Harvey Dude," leaves behind a legacy of hard work, love for the outdoors, and deep devotion to his family.

Harvey worked for many years as a pipefitter with Union Local 392, a career he truly enjoyed. He took pride in his craft and appreciated the opportunity his work gave him to travel, seeing new places while doing what he loved. To Harvey, work wasn't just a job-it was something he genuinely liked and felt fulfilled by.

Outside of work, Harvey found peace and joy being outdoors. He loved camping, spending time in nature, and had a special fondness for horses. Whether at home or on the road, he was happiest when he was outside, working with his hands, or surrounded by the people he loved most.

Above all else, Harvey cherished his family. He was especially proud of his grandchildren, who brought him endless joy and laughter. He will be remembered for his steady presence, hardworking spirit, and the simple, genuine way he lived his life.

Harvey Lee Johnson will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service honoring Harvey Lee Johnson will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Ben Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at New Salem Cemetery in London, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 12, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. The pallbearers will be Chris Johnson, Jeff Johnson, Daven Hacker, Jessie Hopkins, Dewayne Johnson, Jamie Lee Howard, Jacob Johnson, Joshua Chadwell and Axle Hacker. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
