He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Wayne Luper, Sr. and Yvonne Galloway; step parents, Marie Luper and Louis Galloway; grandson, Dakota Bottomlee; brother, John and nephew, Wayne Chantler.
He is survived by his wife, Renee Fritts Luper; children, Rosie (Paul) Kimbrell, Evon Sargent and Michael Hinds along with many grandchildren.
No services will be held as it was Mr. Luper's wishes to be cremated.
