Harvey Dell Mann

Harvey Dell Mann, 82 of Stigler passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born at Keota on May 29, 1943 to John C. Mann and Annabel (Mosby) Mann. He grew up at Keota where he graduated with the class of 1962. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Education from Northeastern State University at Tahlequah. He was married to Cheryl Scott on December 26, 1963 and made their home a Fort Smith, Tahlequah, and settled together in Stigler. He dedicated his life to raising cattle and ranching. He later worked with his friend Sherman Dix at Hometown Appliance for many years. He was a long time member of the U.S. Army National Guard. Harvey loved his church and his church family at Stigler First Assembly of God. He loved attending and coordinating the Saturday men's breakfast. Harvey was a strong Republican and an avid Trump supporter.

Harvey is survived by his wife of 62 plus years, Cheryl Mann of the home; his daughter, Kristie Jones and husband Billy of Stigler; 3 Grandchildren, Erin Wynn and husband Calvin of Stigler, Grant Garland of Muskogee, Madison Garland of Norman; 3 Great Grandchildren, Ryder, Parker, and Walker Wynn; One brother, Kenneth Mann and wife Barbara of Keota; his niece and nephews, Mike Mann of New Braunfels, Texas, Debbie Mann of Fort Smith, Jeff Mann of Fort Smith, Kendra Mann of Edmond, John Mann and wife Jodi of Harrisville, Michigan. He preceded in death by his parents, John and Annabel Mann; one brother, John Mann; one sister, Mildred Mann; one sister in law, Barbara Mann.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 27, 2026 at Stigler First Assembly of God Church with Reverend Sherman Dix officiating. The Eulogists will be Pastor Jack Sloan and Mr. Monty Guthrie. Pallbearers will be Calvin Wynn, Billy Jones, Brandon Amos, Noah Jacobs, Kenny Whitson, Bobby Coyle. Honorary pallbearers include Phil Hall, David Bond, Wyatt Strauch, Jeff Oaks, Jack Beal, Bill Lockwood, Pepo Pemberton, James Amos, Gerald Brown, Bobby Smith, Tim Honeycutt, David Hall, Rick Patrick, Brett Guthrie, Monty Guthrie. Burial will follow at Stigler Cemetery under the direction of King & Shearwood Funeral Home of Stigler.
