Hattie Mildred Bailey

Hattie Mildred Bailey, age 93, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, John "Jack" Bailey; parents, William and Mae Ledford; several brothers and sisters; also grandson, Lee Bailey. She is survived by her sons, Johnny A. (Judy) Bailey of Seymour, Emmitt (Johnnie Faye) Bailey of Newport; grandchildren, John A. Bailey II of Newport, Michelle Bailey (Jamie) Pitner of Seymour, and Melissa Bailey (Joie) Warden of Del Rio; great- grandchildren, Kayla, Taylor, Leanna, Alexandria, Jace, Maci, Ailyn, and Audrie; also eight great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 5 p.m. – 7p.m. Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Manes Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow at 7 p.m. in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Strange officiating. Burial will be 2pm Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Muscular Dystrophy Association at 1016 W.
