Haven Lawson Obituary
She was born on March 3, 1934, to Sarah Spencer and Jake Ware. Haven lived a life devoted to faith, family, and creativity, touching the hearts of many throughout the years.
She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Delores Roberson; brother-in-law, Bob Roberson; her parents; and her son, James B. Lawson.
Haven is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, James E. Lawson; her son, Darin Lawson; and daughter-in-law, Cindy Lawson; Grandchildren, Jesse Lawson (Angie Taylor), Mo Lawson, and Clint Lawson. She also leaves behind cherished great-grandchildren, Eden Lawson and Case Lawson, along with numerous extended family members throughout Kentucky.
A woman of many talents, Haven was a gifted musician and songwriter whose melodies brought comfort and joy to those around her. She found peace in gardening, expressed herself through art, and most importantly served as a loving Pastor to countless family members and friends. Her open heart, listening ear, and unwavering faith made her a guiding light in many lives.
Haven will be remembered for her compassion, creativity, and steadfast dedication to serving others. Her legacy of love and ministry will continue to live on in all who knew her.
A celebration of life will be held at 4654 Stubbs Road, Middletown, Ohio 45042 on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
