Hazel Blevins Obituary
Hazel Maye Blevins of Sapulpa, Oklahoma was born May 5, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to her parents Kyle and Bianca Blevins and sister June Blevins. This sweet angel took her walk with Jesus on the very same day. With lung complications she never escaped the hospital.
Hazel moved everyone's heart with her strength, her feisty kicks on the monitor, and always moving from the nurses. She was truly a blessing and fought so hard to survive in this world. She will always be missed and never forgotten. We love you sister!
She is survived by parents Bianca and Kyle Blevins, and sister June Blevins. As well as grandparents Kim Wallace, Nancy J and Dewayne Blevins, great-grandparents: Nancy McHenry and Kristy and Leonard Marshall.
The family is having private services.
