Hazel Anne Clark, age 76, died June 14, 2025 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green.
Born in Scottsville, Kentucky on June 17, 1948, Anne was a faithful member of Scottsville Church of Christ, Allen County Historical Society and Patrick Gilmore Chapter of the DAR. She was also a master gardener.
Preceding her in death are her parents Jacques Omer Clark and Verna Opal Davis, and brother Mickey Clark.
She is survived by her sister in law, Judy Clark, nieces Julie Bransford (Todd), and Terry Stinson (Darrell), nephew David Clark (Angel), four great nieces and 3 great great nieces.
Visitation will be Sunday June the 15, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the T. W Crow & Son Funeral Home.
A celebration of life will be Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
