Ruby Janette Saunders Tinsley, age 90, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026 at her residence in Scottsville, Kentucky.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mount Washington, Kentucky. She loved being a homemaker and working with her plants and in her garden.
Ruby was born September 5, 1935 in Alderson, West Virginia to the late Herbert Clyde Saunders and Lucille Ellison Saunders. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Jack Saunders, two sons; David Tinsley and Stephen Tinsley, and a daughter; Mary Anna Tinsley.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Bobby Darrell Tinsley, a daughter; Julie Hartman (Steve), and three granddaughters; Sarah Hartman, Leah Hartman, and Quinn Hartman.
There will be no local services for Mrs. Tinsley.
Memorial donations may be made to Hosparus or to a charity of your choice.
