Hazel LeBourdais Obituary

Born in Wilmington, DE, on November 4, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Charles B. and Meta V. (Hudson) Morgan. Hazel worked as a desk clerk at Sheraton Motor Inn in Newark for many years.
In her spare time, Hazel enjoyed working in her garden, reading, or writing memoirs. She was also a member of the Newark Senior Center.
In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Louis P. "Lou" LeBourdais; and brothers, Charles R. Morgan and James Morgan. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Shoun (Gordon) and Shirley Strecker; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 121 West Park Place, Newark, DE, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am. Interment will follow in Newark Methodist Cemetery, New Street, Newark, DE.
