Hazel Lee Musick, 81, of Flatwoods, passed away February 4, 2025, in King's Daughters Medical Center.
Ms. Musick was born May 29, 1943, in Greenup to the late Howard and Lula Harlow Felty.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Arnold Felty, Jarvey Felty, and Franklin Felty; sisters-in-law, Ricca Jane Felty, and Lina Felty.
Hazel Lee was a member of the Westwood Christian Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was known for her delicious desserts that accompanied every meal.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Martin Musick; daughters, Robin (Ted) Williams, Lisa (Dean) Black, and Melissa (Kevin) True; grandchildren, Racheal (Steven) Ratliff, Rebecca (Anthony) Jividen, Travis (Emily) Williams, Dustin (Jordan) Williams, Shane (Amber) Badger; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Austin, Abbie, Ava, Carynn, Brooke, Hunter, Lane, Peyton, Blake, Easton, Emmy, Elissa, and Everlee; sister, Anna Mae (Dick) Burnett; sisters-in-law, Betty Felty, Carrie Biggs, Nancy Musick, and Faye Musick.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, February 7, 2025, at Carman Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., Friday, at the funeral home.
