Hazel was a longtime secretary at Norman-Jensen Brokerage in Portal.
Survivors include her children: Tamara Barry and Todd Ostrom and sister: Mary Lee Kramer. She was preceded in death by her parents: Elmer and Clara (Lee) Granrud, husband: Harlind; and siblings: Evan, Oliver, Margaret and Clarice.
Service: October 16, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in Zion Lutheran Church – Minot.
Interment will be in the Portal Cemetery.

A complete obituary, when completed by the family, will appear in a later edition of the Minot Daily News and on the Thomas Family Funeral Home website.
