Hazel Strite Obituary
Born Tuesday, April 26, 1932, in Smithsburg, MD, she was the daughter of the late C. Richard "Dick" Royer and the late Arabel (Neikirk) Royer.
Hazel was a member of Longmeadow Church of the Brethren. She was employed with CitiCorp, retiring in 1992.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Strite Sciba and Linda Kay Strite, both of California; sisters, Fay Royer Routzahn and Patricia Royer Freehling.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Royer Scott.
Services will be held Friday, October 4, 2024, at 11:00 am, at the Longmeadow Church of the Brethren, 19642 Longmeadow Road Hagerstown, MD, with the Pastor Paul Leatherman officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.
