Heidi Lynn Davis, 39, of Mamou, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Born on April 22, 1986, she was a vibrant spirit whose warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. Funeral Services will be held at Sanctuary of Praise in Mamou, Louisiana on Sunday, June 22, 2025 beginning at 3:00 pm.
On those sunny days, she would spend time with Deavon Romain “Vonnie” Noel, Jr. and her daughter, Amelia, who knew her as “Sista Girl.” Their laughter filled the air as they cheered for their favorite teams, creating memories that will last forever. Heidi was known for her playful rivalry with her son, Marshall “Dylan” Shields, Jr., and her spirited way of encouraging her family to settle their differences, always with a hint of mischief and love. Her granddaughter, Camri’s eyes lit up any time she saw her Lolli even if it was a picture of Heidi the joy was still the same. Heidi will be remembered fondly for her deep love for family and her infectious joy, often spent at the ballpark with her beloved children and grandchildren.
Heidi was a dedicated worker who poured her heart into everything she did. She found joy in the simplest of moments, whether it was running errands with her loved ones or sharing precious time with her granddaughter, Camri Aylse “Cammy” Pitre, who brought light to her life.
Heidi is survived by her loving partner, Romain Noel, Sr.; her children, Marshall "Dylan" Shields, Jr., Deavon Romain “Vonnie” Noel, Jr., Destiny Shields "Chic Chic", and Amelia Grace “Sista Girl” D. Davis; her siblings, Kyle LeBlanc, Vickie LeBlanc, and Danielle “Beverlyy” Jack; and her granddaughter, Camri Aylse “Cammy” Pitre. She will also be cherished in the hearts of many friends and family, who will carry her spirit with them always.
Heidi was preceded in death by her parents, Daine M. Davis and Gray E. Davis, who will welcome her with open arms.
A visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Mamou on Saturday, June 21, 2025, beginning at 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
