She is lovingly survived by her husband, Rick Cunningham, Sr., children Sherry Teal (David) and Steve Goss (Christina), her step son Rick Cunningham, Jr. (Amber), grandson Willie Polston, III (Pamela), step grandchildren Emilee, Matthew, and Addison Cunningham, and great grandchildren Hunter and Natalee Polston. She is also survived by her sister Ann Varner (Chris) and brother Daniel Hendrix as well as nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 16, in the chapel of Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna with Rev. Joey Hatchell officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, July 15, as well as from 1-2 PM on Wednesday prior to the service.
