Helen Davis Obituary

Mrs. Davis passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025. She was born August 15, 1929, to parents, Oscar and Lillie Sewell McCain. She was one of 16 siblings. Helen graduated from Cold Springs High School as Valedictorian of her class in 1947. She married Harlon K. Davis in the summer of 1948, and they were married for 63 years. Helen was a homemaker and known in her family as a great cook. She was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church for over 60 years.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her children, Randy (Diane) Davis, Joan (Michael) Davis, Blake (Gabriele) Davis; grandchildren, Derrick (Christy) Davis, Stephan (Kellie) Davis, Cynthia (David) Bagwell, Maria-Jade (Kassim) Bearden, Katelyn (David) Graham, Keelan Davis, Ryan Davis, Everett Davis; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; siblings, James Ray (Sheron) McCain, Gynett (Edward) Bueche; sisters-in-law, Betty Davis, Carolyn Davis, Cathy Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
