Helen Demetrious, a brilliant entrepreneur, visionary leader, and cherished sister, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was 74 years old.

Helen's life was marked by an unwavering drive, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for innovation. As a founding force behind Frustrum and GDK, Helen, along with her husband Mike Stadther, built two highly successful software companies. She redefined what it meant to lead with integrity, vision, and empathy. Her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership left an indelible mark on the tech industry, and her work continues to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her and work alongside her.

In addition to her career, Helen was known for her thoughtful and deep commitment to young people's education, community development and the musical arts. Her dedication to both her professional and philanthropic pursuits earned her the respect and admiration of her peers and colleagues.

Helen is survived by her beloved brother Jim, who was a constant support in her life. Helen's legacy lives on through her many friends, colleagues, and the countless lives she touched.

Helen faced her health battles with the same grace and strength that characterized her life. She was known for her determination, compassion, and the quiet yet profound impact she made on everyone who knew her.

A private memorial service will be held in her honor.
