Helen Gurtrude Florentino

Helen Florentino a kind and caring woman who devoted her life to family and helping others passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025. She was 90 years old.
Helen was the wife of the late William Florentino, Sr.; mother of the late Barbara West and her husband Raymond; the late Stanley Ankiewicz and his surviving spouse Roseanne, William Florentino Jr., Thomas Florentino, Elmer Florentino and his wife Rebecca, and Mary Katherine Florentino. She is also lovingly survived by her daughter-in-law, Kim Florentino, who cared for her for many years, and her sister Edna Walsh who resides in Florida.
Helen was predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Mary Ankiewicz (Sinnott) and her siblings, Stanley Ankiewicz Jr., Eileen Dolan, Mary Ann Harris, and Jeannie Ankiewicz.
Helen was blessed with 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her great pride and joy. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
Helen treasured the moments she spent with her family, most especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching game shows and she was a dedicated Red Sox, Patriots, and Bruin's fan. Her love, kindness, and strength will always be remembered. May she rest in peace.
