Helen Burr Grumman, a resident of Westwood, Massachusetts, died Saturday, October 18, 2025 at her apartment at the White Oaks Cottages in Westwood. She was 102. Helen was born November 29, 1922 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the elder daughter of Samuel Ellsworth and Carol Elizabeth (Sterling) Grumman. She earned her bachelors degree and worked as the Executive Secretary of the Social Action Department of the Congregational Christian Conference in Boston. Helen is survived by her younger sister, Ethel Ackley of Westwood. Services and private interment in Connecticut will be private.
