Helen C Sargent, 81, of Morrisville died Thursday August 29, 2024 at home.
Helen was born in Philadelphia to the late Marie and Raymond Lerro. Helen and her late husband, Raymond, moved to Morrisville in 1986. She was a faithful parishioner at St. John the Evangelist Church for many years. In her free time, Helen enjoyed watching any Philadelphia sports team play , she ;oved watching Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and was also an avid reader
Helen is predeceased by her beloved husband of 46 years, Raymond A. Sargent Sr. She is survived by her sons, Raymond A. Sargent Jr., of Tullytown, and Andrew Sargent and his wife, Patricia, of Morrisville; her twin sister, Rosemarie Rehill, of Brigantine, NJ; her sister, Kathleen Dreyfuss, and her husband, William, of Washington Crossing; her brother, Anthony Lerro and his wife, Sheila of Folcroft, PA; her sister Tina Lerro, of West Chester, PA; her 7 grandchildren, Kyle, Reese, Carter, Brendan, Callan, Kathleen, and Declan. Helen also leaves behind countless nieces, nephews, close relatives and dear friends. She will be truly missed.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday September 11, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave. Morrisville, PA 19067. A funeral Mass will be held the following day at 11:30 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 752 Big Oak Rd. Morrisville, PA 19067. Family and friends are welcome to gather in the church starting at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow the Mass in Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
