She worked as a secretary at Letterkenny Army Depot and baked wedding cakes.
Helen enjoyed gardening and crocheting dolls.
Surviving is her son, Gerald (wife, Debra) Seilhamer, son in law, Alan Strayer, four grandchildren: Carolyn Lindsey (companion, Craig Woerner), Marie (husband, Glen) Martin, Laura (husband, Brandon) Fumagalli, Alan (wife, Stephanie) Strayer; seven great grandchildren: Nicole, Lauren, Trenton, Alyssa, Mason, Levi and Taylor; three great great grandchildren: Ansley, Oaklen and Octavia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Seilhamer, daughter, Rosalie Strayer and is the last of her immediate family.
Services will be private.
