Kathy Lynn (Everhart) Seilhamer, 66, of Altoona, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, Sunday morning, December 1, 2024, at UPMC Altoona. She was born on November 1, 1958 in Altoona, the daughter of Allen and Barbara (Harley) Everhart. She married Zane J. Seilhamer Sr. on June 25, 1977 in Altoona. Kathy is survived by her husband Zane; her mother, Barbara; two children, Justin Seilhamer and Megan (Josiah) Champeno; three grandchildren, Julien Seilhamer, Wesley Seilhamer, and Jackson Hurm; two brothers, Allen (Diana) Everhart Jr., and Larry (Mary Ellen) Everhart; two sisters; Deborah (Bill) Stayer and Tracey (Tom) Laskey; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Zane Seilhamer Jr.; her father, Allen Everhart Sr.; and a brother, Jeff Everhart. Kathy was a 1977 graduate of Altoona High School. She retired as a home health aide. She was a member of the First Church of Christ in Altoona. Kathy loved spending time with her family and her dog, Ginger. She also enjoyed playing scratch off lottery tickets and watching “monkey” videos on TikTok. At the request of the deceased, there will be no services. There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, an Anderson Family Firm, 1222 13th Street, Altoona, PA.
