Helen was my first friend when we moved to the Monadnock area in 1988. We were both pregnant with our first children and met in a childbirth class at MCH. We had both lived in NYC prior to moving to the country and had much in common. I'm so very sorry to hear of her death and will remember her as such a kind, creative and warm soul. She was a bright light.

I am her friend and hair dresser my heart is broken and true love of nature and life has left me .. I love you Helen.. I will miss my time with you and talking about our animals and flowers. My heart will always have you in it. And will be a bit broken knowing I won't see your face again. But it will forever be captured in my memory... I miss you and love you. Xoxo

I remember Helen visiting us Lauder, scotland when she was very small. My dad, her uncle freddie, has a tape recorder and recorded her singing in her cute american accent. She sang Miss Mary Mack all dressed in black. I visited her in New Hampshire when Morgan and Graham were very small. I have lost a dear cousin.

Helen was one unique friend. Our family has known Helen for 30 years. I met her at Golds gym in Nashua. We had so many fun crazy times. Parties (she made a mean martini) , temple fair w a tractor ride, pumpkin picking, sleepovers w our daughters the list goes on. You will be so missed and I´m sad I didn´t get up to the farm after I saw you just a couple months ago at market basket. Say hi to my mom and dad. Thanks for all the special times we shared

Helen was so amazingly strong! One of my favorite memories was when we were on a long trail run on a mountain. We got caught in a huge thunderstorm. It was a bit scary. Helen made me feel safe. She said "just keep moving"! She got us safely to the bottom!
I love her forever
