Helen Marie Trainer Obituary
HELEN MARIE TRAINER, age 80, of Bloomingburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at her home.
She was born on June 21, 1944 in Duncan, Oklahoma to the late Rece L. and Christine (Shahan) Williamson. She was a 1962 graduate of Jeffersonville High School. Helen retired from the Miami Trace School District in 2010 after many years of service.
Survivors include her loving husband, Don Woodrow Trainer, whom she married October 20, 2001; sons, Christopher Lee Anderson and Jody Ray Anderson; step-children, Aaron (Malinda) Trainer, Angie (Jared) Burgess, and Amy Trainer; grandchildren, Harper, Parker, and Asher Beener, Max and Evelyn Trainer and Vivian Burgess; and siblings, Barbara (John) Grooms, and Billy (Carol) Williamson. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
The funeral service will be he held on Monday, July 29, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Dodds officiating with burial to follow at the Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 3-5:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Fayette County Food Pantry, 214 N. Hinde St., Washington CH, OH 43160 or to Second Chance Center of Hope, 420 W. Oakland Ave., Washington CH, OH 43160.
