Helene Hartranft

Helene Hartranft (nee Conaway) of North Wales, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on September 4, 2025. She was 80. Helene was a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, a proud grandmother, a cherished sister, a loving aunt and a loyal friend to many.

Born in Philadelphia to Aloysius and Helen Conaway, Helene graduated from Little Flower High School.

Helene was a dedicated and hard-working woman who spent many years working at Byers Choice famous for their distinctive caroler dolls. Her strong work ethic and loyalty were admired by all who knew her.

Helene also found great joy in being a homemaker, creating a warm and welcoming home filled with love and laughter. She had a passion for life and embraced every moment with warmth and joy. She loved reading, sharing a good glass of wine, and gathering with family and friends around the table for meals full of laughter and connection. She had a creative spirit and enjoyed crafts, cooking and time spent traveling – always finding beauty in the little things.

Having been predeceased by her husband Joseph, brothers Walter, Stephen, Robert and sister Judy

Helene is survived by her sons Walter and his wife Kimberly of Pipersville, Daniel and his wife Kelly of Chalfont. Her 6 grandchildren, Drew, Marly, Collin, Katie, Erin & Kevin. Sisters, Patricia Gottschall, Marge Drew and Liz Webb along with many nieces and nephews.

Helene's generous heart, vibrant spirit and love for family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on October 3, 2025 at St Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 856 Euclid Ave, Warrington, PA 18976 from 10:00am until the Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Interment to immediately follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
