Henrietta Asabea Ohene, a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend, passed away on November 20, 2025, in Silver Spring, Maryland, after a courageous battle with breast cancer that she faced with grace and strength since 2012. Born in Ghana on August 1, 1982, Henrietta exemplified resilience and compassion throughout her life.

As a Patient Care Technician at Baltimore Washington Medical Center, Henrietta dedicated herself to caring for others. Her calling in the medical field was evident as she brought warmth and empathy to every patient she encountered, leaving a lasting impact on both her colleagues and those she served.

Henrietta was deeply religious and found comfort in her faith, which guided her during life's challenges. She enjoyed being an avid reader and cherished the time spent with her family, particularly taking joy in caring for her nieces and nephews. Her involvement in their lives not only showcased her nurturing spirit but also highlighted her commitment to family values.

Henrietta is survived by her loving husband, Alock K. Asamoah; her cherished daughter, Bervilyn Bortey; her mother, Gladys Ohene; and her brother, Eric Adjei, along with his wife, Benedicta Adjei. She was predeceased by her father, Kwesi Ohene.

A funeral service to honor Henrietta's memory will be held on December 20, 2025, at Donaldson Funeral Home in Odenton, Maryland, beginning at 11:00 AM, with interment  to follow at Nichols Bethel Cemetery. Her legacy of love, dedication, and faith will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.
