Henrietta Vondenstein Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by McNutt Funeral Home - Conroe on Nov. 27, 2024.
Henrietta Charlene Vondenstein passed away on November 16th, 2024. She was born on July 20th, 1960, to her parents Charles Earl Vondenstein and JoAnn Murphy Vondenstein in Jennings, LA.
She had many challenges in life but overcame each one. She proudly graduated from Crowley High School. Henrietta never met a stranger, spreading love and laughter to all she came in contact with. She loved to help others. One way she showed this love is by crocheting beautiful Afghan blankets and gave them to friends and family alike.
She is preceded in death by Father: Charles Vondenstein Sr., mother: JoAnn Vondenstein, brother: Ralph Vondenstein, sister: Susan Vondenstein. Paternal grandparents: Henry Vondenstein and Ida Schultz Vondenstein, Maternal grandparents: Ralph Murphy, Lydia Humble Hoffpauir.
She is survived by sister: Elizabeth "Liz" Kibodeaux (Chet) of Conroe, Texas, brother: Charles "Chuck" Vondenstein Jr. (Cynthia) of Rayne, La, sister: Debra Papillion of Lake Arthur, La. and an Aunt, Brenda Sparks, from Moss Bluff, LA, that she very close to and loved dearly. Also, her faithful companion, her cat "Little Man", multiple nieces and nephews that she loved so much.
Henrietta loved God, her family and friends. She lived a remarkable life and touched the hearts of many. She will never be forgotten!
We would like to thank Elara Hospice for their compassionate, and loving care.
We will have a Celebration of a Life service at a later date.
