Henriette Anna Bleuzen, 92, resident of Huntersville, NC for 22 years passed away on September 17, 2025.
Henriette was born in Leuhan, France on June 4, 1933 to Jean Floch and Marie Anne Tersiguel. She married Herve Bleuzen on August 22, 1953. They migrated to the United States in 1953. They lived in the Bronx, NY for 45 years and then resided in Nanuet, NY for 6 years to be closer to their first grandson.
Henriette was a shining example of working hard and achieving the American dream. She was the kindest and sweetest person and had a genuine interest in getting to know everyone she met. She loved to cook and garden and helped raised her grandsons during her retirement years.
She is preceded in death by her husband Herve. She is survived by son Patrick Bleuzen and wife Rose (Buccellato) and her grandsons Alexander and Nicholas Bleuzen. In addition, she is survived by her brother Robert Floch (and wife Annick) of Leuhan, France and their son Marc Floch.
Henriette led her life filled with integrity and kindness, leaving a lasting impact of goodness and will remain a cherished blessing forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be held at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home at 16901 Old Statesville Road, Huntersville, NC 28068 on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A funeral mass will take place at Saint Mark Catholic Church at 14740 Stumptown Rd., Huntersville, NC 28078 on Wednesday September 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM. She will be buried in Brittany, France at a later date.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America or Carolina Caring Foundation (Hospice).
