Henry Beason, Jr. was born on March 20, 1937 to Bertha Keeylen and Henry Beason, Sr. in Louisville, Kentucky. He was baptized at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church at a very early age. He was an avid bowler at Executive Strike and Spare bowling alley for over 40 years.
He served in the United States Army. He was employed at Fischer's Packing Company for many years until they were relocated and then on to working for Swift Packing Company until his retirement.
Henry was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Geraldine Beason; sister, Alice Breckenridge and his brothers, George, Charles and Frank Beason.
He leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, Brenda A. Beason, Henrietta Beason and Ingrid Jeffries; son, Henry Beason, III (Shane); sisters, Yvonne Simmons-White, Barbara Smith, Rosetta Byars and Ann Beason; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and a host of great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
