Henry Mark Browning

Henry Mark Browning lovingly known as Mark or "Markie" to family and friends went to be with our Lord Jesus at 85 years old after fighting the good fight of faith.
Mark was born in Dermott, TX on March 24, 1940 to Johnny and Evelyn Elkins Browning. He spent his early years in Rotan, TX where he graduated from high school. Mark spent 10 years in Austin, TX as a finance manager while simultaneously serving six years in the National Guard. He went to visit his brother, Roy J in Montana, and ended up staying and working cattle with his brother while developing a love for team roping. On November 12, 1976 Mark married the love of his life, Corinne Turner, in Billings, MO where they stayed for many years with a brief stint in Nebraska. Mark and Corinne moved their outfit to San Angelo in 1983 where Mark did ranch day work, raised cattle, and served as an insurance adjustor, not to mention an assortment of other endeavors. Mark worked cattle and rode horses his whole life - it was his passion. So much so, he was looking forward to working the cattle on a thousand hills in heaven.
He was born again to Jesus at the age of 55, in San Angelo and the Lord watered Mark and Corinne's faith through the years at Trinity Fellowship, Victory Christian Center, The River, and most currently Freedom Fellowship. Mark and Corinne will be forever grateful to Jesus, their Lord and Savior for his redemptive work in their lives because without Him there would be no life.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Browning; mother, Evelyn Elkins Browning Hamm, his step-father, Sam Hamm; his brothers Roy J and Curtis Bryce Browning; and his sister, Harvie Dorrene Browning.
Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Corinne; his step-sister Daphene Campbell; and his sisters-in law, Linda Nelson, Janice Bintz, Alison Turner, and Paulette (husband Steve) Byrd, of Montana, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
