Henry L. Morgan "Pappy", 72, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 16, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. He was born October 1, 1952 to Inist Morgan and Henry Bouldin. Henry was a beloved son, friend, and companion who touched the lives of many with his charm, humor, and zest for life.
Henry shared 25 wonderful years of companionship with Gail Williams, a relationship marked by love, laughter, and shared memories.
Though he did not marry, Henry's life was rich with meaningful connections, including lifelong friendships with Maxine Ingram, Barbara Jean Reynolds, Thomas Spears, and Netta Tribble. Henry was also deeply cherished by his special nieces and nephews: Sharon Morgan Harris, Ronnie Morgan, James Morgan, Johnny Morgan, and William Morgan, who preceded him in death. A proud graduate of Taft High School, Henry was a man of many passions.
He was an avid reader, a lover of music, and a fierce competitor at the card table, chessboard, and dominoes. His love for grilling and entertaining brought family and friends together, creating cherished memories filled with delicious food and warm camaraderie.
Henry's quick wit and sarcasm made him the life of any gathering, and his charisma was especially notable among the ladies, who couldn't resist his charm. Henry's life was a celebration of family, friends, and the simple joys that make life meaningful. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held at 2:30 p.m. until the time of Funeral service at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at James Temple C.O.G.I.C (Annex Chapel), 1119 Lincoln Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
