I would like to give a special thanks to the Dialysis Team at Fresenius Kidney Care here in Fayetteville, for all they did for my husband each and every week. A deep and sincerely special thank you to Dr. Richmond K. Nuamah aka (DOC as Henry referred to him as), for exceptional care and genuine concern for my husband. Also, Tech Leslie who Henry referred to as his dialysis niece. (Unc) talked about you all the time. Thank you for all your assistance. To Dr. Daka & Dr. Sara, thank you both for all your care and guidance.
To my wonderful & caring manager, Mr. Rembert Ivey and to the God sent Angel Kaylee Ford, I will forever be humbly grateful for the both of you for standing by my side at one of my lowest points in life.
Now to you Henry Lee Shields Jr. (Dad to me), there has not been a word created to describe what you have meant and still mean to me & our family. Your unselfish & unconditional love for us has truly been a gift from God. You have taught us the true meaning of unconditional love, forgiveness, discipline (although we are still works in progress), and structure (again were still under construction. It's all up to us now to apply what you have instilled within us, so your labor of love does not go in vain. You fought a good fight of faith but now you may rest, Gods son.
Peace Out Dad
Love Reshonde Moore Shields
&
Family.
