Herbert H MacDonald

Herbert H MacDonald passed away January 25, 2024. He was born on April 25, 1943 in Mount Clemens, Michigan. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara; his 3 daughters JoAnna McCullar (Steve), Megan Hodge (Justin), and Meredith Smith (Jeff), 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.Herbert joined the Army at age 17 and traveled the world. He was in Vietnam where he earned a bronze star in the service of his country. When he retired from the Army in 1981, he went into civil service, which included CCAD, NAS Ingleside and the Dept. of Transportation in Washington DC.Herbert was an amazing artist, even being an active member of the Corpus Christi Art Center and also the CC Woodturners Club.  He was a computer "nerd" long before they were a common use. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
