Herbert L. Rollins IV
May 15, 1998 – March 9, 2025
It is with deep sorrow and heartbreak that we announce the passing of Herbert L. Rollins IV, better known as Bert, age 26, of Nottingham, NH, on March 09, 2025.
Bert was a very accomplished young man far ahead of his time. He was known to his family and friends as a kind-hearted, driven, and hardworking young man, who left us far too soon.
Bert was born on May 15, 1998, in Exeter, NH, and grew up with a passion for mechanics and business. He graduated with honors from Coe Brown Northwood Academy as an active member and officer of the FFA. This is where he found his first opportunity for his future that he later continued to carry out through Ohio Tech with an Associate's degree in Business and earned certificates in Diesel Technology. Bert's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish two successful companies: HCR Truck and Equipment Repair and HCR Towing and Recovery, where he worked tirelessly to provide excellent service to his community, providing many young inexperienced men a future, and building a lasting legacy.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bert was an amazing son, fiancé, brother, grandson, friend, employer and loving uncle. His compassion and loyalty were evident in everything he did. He had a natural ability to connect with others, always offering a helping hand or a listening ear. Whether it was spending time with family, working on his trucks, or sharing his dreams with friends. Bert's zest for life was contagious, and his loss will be felt deeply by all who knew him.
Throughout his life he enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and just about anything outdoors with a motor especially if it allowed him to spend time with those that mattered most. He lived his life to the fullest and traveled all across the US including Alaska, Tennessee, South Dakota, Nevada, Florida, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. But regardless of where he traveled his favorite place in the world was his camp in Northern New Hampshire.
Bert is survived by his fiancé Rebecca Milbury, father Herbert L Rollins III and his fiancé Lianne diCicco, mother Danielle Kendall and step-father Neil Kendall, brothers Christian Rollins, Caleb Rollins and wife Cora Rollins, beloved nieces Iyla and Everleigh, step-brother Robin Witham and step-sister Alexis Kendall, grandmother Mickey Rollins and grandfather Marc Nisbet, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Predeceased by grandfather Herbert L Rollins II, grandmother Mona Nisbet and grandfather David Clock.
