Herbert C. Schrampfer, age 94 of Roseville, passed away on November 15, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lu.
Survived by sons, Phil (Terri), Tim (Rebecca), and Thom (Bonnie); also survived by 6 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 6 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home - Roseville, 2130 N. Dale St. at County Rd B. Visitation prior to the service from 12-1 PM Saturday.
Private entombment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
