He leaves to cherish his memories his spouse, Tomekia Rogers Felix; children: Nicholas Vontrell Felix and Madison Amiracle Felix; sister: Cheryl Felix Swinton (Rev. Dr. William Swinton, Jr.); father-in-law and mother-in-law: Charles and Barbara Green; sisters-in-law: Charlesha Richardson and Vernovia Richardson; brothers-in-law: Andrake Rogers and Tarantino Rogers; and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Rev. Herman H. Felix, Sr. and Icyalee Thomas Felix.
He was a Supervisor with Lee County Disabilities and Special Needs Board-Gibbs Center.
